Mission Statement
The Pittsburgh Paranormal Society’s mission is simple: to educate and enlighten both clients and group members alike on possible paranormal activity, regardless of location and history surrounding the events. As it is the common goal for all, the approach is very different.
For our clients, many of whom have experienced a tragedy and are living in fear, P.P.S. offers the opportunity to understand what has occurred (paranormal or man made). Through education, and experience, our clients are able to understand why paranormal phenomena is occurring and what actions need to resume day to day life once again.
With more than 22 years experience behind Shawn Kelly and 6 years of committed team members, P.P.S. continues to grow and learn about the paranormal through spirit investigation and researching advances in technology specific to the field. As it is not an “official” field of study, P.P.S. maintains a strong belief in the “group experience”, where members teach and share knowledge with each other day to day.
With each opportunity to help those who are experiencing paranormal activity, we offer our assistance with an open ear, and will not pass judgment. In the interest of a common goal to learn and aide others, we have developed a list of rules for P.P.S. Members and those interested in possibly joining one of our groups.
